L&RLCGAThe L&R ladies were welcomed to Kingsthorpe Golf Club in Northampton on Friday 8th July by the Northamptonshire players.
The course was undulating and challenging, made even more so by the very warm conditions.
Lots of liquid, sun cream and shade were the orders of the day.
The team enjoyed a tasty buffet and together with the friendly hospitality of our hosts, we had a very enjoyable day.
Northamptonshire ladies proved very strong opposition with their local course knowledge which helped them on the way to a 6 1/2 - 1 1/2 victory.
